The usage of Cam systems (7 axes) permits in phase of quotation a detailed analysis of the positioning and of the execution times by guaranteeing the entire production process . Our technical team is able to suggest and analyse in collaboration  by the client, the  possible technical problems by furnishing support in choosing materials and heat treatments..

Quality Department :
Quality assurance is the core department of our company. The integration of newest technologies into the management information system allows a continuous monitoring of production line status and controlling by guaranteeing lead time and excellent quality of our product. The Nicim system integrated into Quarta, permits the production handling of order-lots, i. e., the traceability of day, machinery, executing operator also after months. The three-dimensional and optical systems Mitutoyo ed ottici Hommel (present also in controlling areas in the production site) guarantee a high controlling grade certifying the quality in the phase of check-in. All the instrumentation (also manual) undergo regularly to accurate testing in order to guarantee efficiency of  measuring.
We are able to furnish the following certificates: dimensional certificate of self-diagnosing system, dimensional certificate, testing certificate of final product, of raw material, of galvanic treatment, of corresponding hardness.

Together with the client we are able to develop and create assembling equipment and machinery for final testing ensuring  high quality standards. Due to this peculiarity OMP is a developing partner for new controlling instrumentation at production line end.
